Book Fair
The Book Fair is here this week. Be sure that you bring your class to preview the fair & to make a wish list. Sign up sheets are in the workroom & printed on bright yellow paper. If you are grades K-2 I have lots of help in the mornings so that would be a great time for you to come & make their lists.
Keep encouraging you kids to bring in their change for books to add to your class library. For every book you purchase, Scholastic donates a book to a children's charity. What a great way to stretch a dollar! I will take that money from you when you are finished collecting it from your students. You will need to choose your books & turn your money into me by Friday noon.
If you would like you can borrow a book from the Book Fair to read to your class, just let me know & you can return it when you are finished reading it.
MockingBird Books
These books will be available for you to read this week since you will not be having your regular library time. I have the hands all cut out for you to add to the chart when you have read one of the books. The color of the hand does not matter. I will have tape for you to use as well.
